Klemo s.r.o.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life

Absolutely unprofessional approach. We came to take photos for documents, and I clearly explained the required dimensions and showed the original. Despite this, the gentleman took the wrong photo of us. They told us to come back in an hour to get the photos. After an hour, we returned, only to be told that the photos were taken incorrectly. No one contacted us in the meantime, although we provided an email when ordering and could have let us know so that we could come earlier and not have to wait unnecessarily. Even after taking the photos again, the photos did not meet the required parameters and the office did not recognize them. As a result, we had to take the photos completely elsewhere, which caused us unnecessary complications, loss of time and additional expenses. I certainly would not have expected such an approach and unprofessionalism from a business that provides document photos. For me, a big disappointment and I definitely do not recommend this service.

Always welcoming and helpful.
