I booked a vacation in Greece through this agency because of a certain hotel, and the first thing I didn't like was that travelers from Novi Sad had to pay an additional 25 euros for the trip. For that amount, we had to go all the way to Roda on Temerinski put, or pay a taxi 1000 dinars there, in order to leave for Belgrade 3 hours earlier than the departure from Belgrade. The second thing is the bad bus, or rather the air conditioning that worked non-stop even overnight. We were freezing and catching a cold on the bus during the night to Greece. Now the bus has just broken down, we have a ten-minute drive to the hotel, but now we are standing on the road. Never again with this agency.

Extremely disappointed in organisation. I would never recommend this travel agency, even to my worst enemy. They are very bad at organising trips. I went to Greece with them and even when I didn't have huge expectations, they were not met. During the trip to Greece, I had health issues, and the guide never answered my messages about inquiry where and how do I get the medical help. I struggled and my messages were left on seen. Also the last day, they moved time of departure, and told us only AFTER we checked out from our hotel, and with our suitcases we were strandad for more than 12 hours. Like I said, only negative experience from this agency, I will not use its services again.
