سكاي لاينز ميديا Skylines Agency - وكالة خطوط السماء للدعاية والاعلان

If I had a rating lower than one star, I would have given it. Honestly, I didn't want to start my project with something like this. First, the Egyptian man there was very rude and spoke to you coldly, making you feel like you were visiting his house. Second, I'm from Al-Ahsa, and I go there every day, following up with them about the boxes, colors, and everything else. When it came time for delivery, they made the boxes in two different colors. When I went to pick up the order, he insisted that this was what I ordered and made me think I was wrong. But God exposed their deception. When I got home, I found half the quantity was as I ordered, and the other half was a mess. Third, the quality of the packaging is poor and flimsy. I think the cake projects wouldn't hold up and would fall over because they're so light. Fourth, on top of being wrong, they just apologized and didn't compensate me or cooperate with me. When I asked what compensation I wanted, they asked what I needed and gave me a 10% discount for next time. After all this, I expect I'll stop going to other printing shops and make the same mistake with you. Finally, what I want to say is that a place should prioritize customer satisfaction by providing good service and compensation when the printing shop makes a mistake, at least to gain the customer's approval, not by dealing with them in this way. Maar Al-Amsal as if he was forced upon them
