I want to thank you for your prompt responses and excellent customer service 🤍. A special thank you to Mr. Zafer; he is very kind, responsive, and flexible. I want to thank him for all the help he provided. I am extremely happy, and this won't be my last time dealing with you. …

Masha'Allah, tremendous effort and wonderful work! I contacted Samouq to have them manage our social media accounts. They arranged a meeting on short notice, and I visited them. I really loved their approach and warm welcome. Zainab was very helpful, explaining everything in detail and asking me detailed questions to understand our activities and how we work. I was very excited to work with them, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I wish them all the best! ♥️

I contacted the number provided for WhatsApp. The response was slow. I needed help managing and developing my Instagram account. The employee asked for the Instagram account link, and after reviewing it, rejected my request, claiming their services don't cover this type of project. ☹️ Even though the project involves selling tools and clothes.
