Directwest

I am working with Rosa and her team on my website and marketing and WOW! What an amazing bunch of professional, intelligent, creative, helpful people they all are! Kim has been absolutely fantastic to work with on my website content and set up, responding quickly to all my emails and suggestions and offering helpful suggestions along the way as well! Rosa has given me the kickstart I need to get my new business up and running! If I could, I would give these ladies an even higher rating than 5 stars!

Working with Rosa Brittner from Direct west has been an incredible opportunity. She is fun and really cares about all of the businesses that she works with. Rosa is able to lay everything out to easily understand and has so much knowledge for running your businesses social media and marketing. She makes advertising fun and easy. It never feels like a business meeting when she comes to see us, its like working with a long time friend. Rosa is amazing and you would never regret working with her :)

Original post: Over promise and under deliver on results. Further, they do not seem to understand that a cancellation of service means just that and they'll continue to bill you. Think twice before you settle for these services. Update: Cordial emails and telephone calls ended ignoring me for months on end and continuing to bill me despite cancellation. Attached were the results Direct West delivered to me.
