Extremely poor customer service. This company does not care about their customers. Understaffed and rude staff. The response to phone calls. 21 day response time to emails. Are you kidding me?

Choose a better company. Nobody gets in, nobody gets out. Don't come, you're wasting your time, nobody does any business here. Zero customer service. Everyone in this picture went home without solving their problem.

Quite well organized, although the space for waiting inside is small, so some people had to wait outside (in heat and sun). The employees efficient and very nice. Better experience than expected.
