Would just like to share that my organisation worked with BA Creative this year on a website refresh with excellent results! Our website is currently running on an old quirky gerry- rigged WordPress which was in place before BA Creative Came on board. Despite this they were able to produce a smoother cleaner contemporary more professional look to the site, suggest some important changes that I would not have thought of and stay within our modest budget. The staff I worked with were extremely helpful and responsive. Very pleased with the end result In general over the past few years BA Creative has been very flexible and understanding and helpful. Our organisation is a small one with a small budget and they have been able to accommodate everything we needed at a price we could afford. Definitely recommend!
We are so happy with our experience with BA Creative! They originally built our online fashion boutique over 10 years ago, and we’ve just completed a full redesign with them. Not only have all the functionalities been upgraded to be far more user-friendly, but they absolutely nailed the aesthetic we were hoping for. Beth was an incredible project manager — always organised, approachable, and quick to answer any questions. Alyse’s design work was amazing, and the rest of the team delivered everything on time while meeting all of our goals for the website. We couldn’t be happier with the result!
We loved working with BA Creative on our new website. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and the end result has been a huge improvement for us and our customers. The new site looks great, and the home delivery portal is so much easier for customers to use and manage themselves, which has taken a lot of pressure off our team. We’ve had great feedback already. BA Creative were always happy to help, super responsive, and quick to sort out any changes or questions we had. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
