I have many reasons to complain. I worked with them for 2 months and they only did the work for 15 days, leaving me without any answers. After calling to ask for explanations, I was directed to a quality link that I filled out, but after more than a month I still haven't received any answers. All I know is that we paid in advance for nothing to be done. I advise you to be careful before entrusting anything to their care. My name is Alexandre Santos from 8e88 Fashion Store. Mr. Sergio Viana only gives excuses when we approach him regarding the situation, and that our contract was low cost, meaning that because it's low cost, the company has the right to charge the client and not do what was agreed upon. But what I emphasize most is that they don't show their faces when approached about the situation, as well as their responses.

InnovStar is a fantastic team, competent, proactive and very available. Since we started working together, my concern about social media posts and promoting our events has lessened. A great partner.

I reflected countless times before writing this review, but I consider it important to share my experience. I hired InoovStar, by referral, to manage my company's Google Ads for 3 months. Initially, Sérgio was attentive and available, stating that the frequency of results analysis would be weekly and adjustments regular. Throughout the work period, whenever I asked for feedback, the responses were generic, stating that adjustments were being made and that everything was going well, without concrete data. From December to January, I continued to request more detailed feedback, the amount that had been spent to date, and a meeting, without response. On January 22nd, a month later, I formally expressed my dissatisfaction, and the response I received was the same as always: that, by internal decision, they would stop working on my project, offering as compensation not to charge for the month. Upon reviewing my Google Ads account, I noticed that keywords were only added on the first day, with no changes during the months I contracted InoovStar's services, including the list of keywords and negative keywords I wrote (which negatively impacted the calls I received). To date, I have received no response to my emails, calls, or scheduling of a meeting that I requested to clarify the work done up to this month (which was "offered"). I am aware that the trial period is approximately 3 months, however, everything that was agreed upon at the beginning and during the process was not fulfilled at all.
