Creative Minds...they have nothing creative about them! I hired a service package where nothing useful for my company was delivered. The designs and photos were awful and had nothing to do with the company's personality. Almost a year has passed and my company hasn't benefited at all from the contracted services...so, "creative minds"
I don't usually write reviews of this nature, but in fact, we couldn't have had a worse experience with Creative Minds – it was a huge disappointment from the moment we signed the contract. They were unprofessional, promising us the moon and the stars during the sales phase, only to deliver little and only in their own way, in a generic, generic format, without any consideration for the specific needs of our brand. When we asked to adjust some services we disagreed with, they treated us (the clients!) with arrogance and unprofessionalism, never trying to understand our feedback. Very bad, perhaps the worst overall experience I've ever had with a service provider.
