Alpha Publicity

I would like to share my bad experience with Alpha Publicidade. From the moment I entered the store, I perceived a negative energy in the atmosphere, which is not pleasant for any customer. The service, particularly from the person who served me, was arrogant and rude. I received no clear answers, no adequate service, and certainly no solutions to my needs. Worst of all was the evident contempt with which I was treated, something completely unacceptable for a business that depends on its customers. I believe that respectful and professional service is fundamental in any type of business. I hope this comment serves as an opportunity for Alpha Publicidade to reflect on its customer service and seek to improve it.

Without a doubt, I would say it's the best and most effective advertising company in Madeira. They offer a wide variety of solutions, meet deadlines, and always deliver excellent quality work. I recommend them 200%.

These guys do the best work in the industry on the island. Their prices are fair, and they always try to complete your order—even when they’re busy—just so they don’t let you down. Great service, I would definitely recommend them!
