They did not fulfill the request. I asked for engraving on a keychain and a document file. When they sent the idea (as they mentioned), I asked them to translate it into Portuguese instead of English, to which they replied that "we don't have a person working exclusively for you, and therefore I will charge you an extra 15 euros" for that change. I paid without any justification, and they only failed to make the one change I requested. Furthermore, the owner is very cordial but defended the employee who laughed whenever I spoke to her. They called me to tell me this information (so it's not recorded) and then hung up, saying that if I wanted the change, they would charge me. I paid almost 40 euros for keychain engraving and two document openings (a layout that wasn't what I requested), even though the keychains cost 4.20 euros. They don't listen to the customer at all and don't like the opinion of those who pay, saying "they don't work for just one client". I'm sorry. They've lost several customers. I don't recommend it at all.

I was in that store a few minutes ago and my experience was terrible. I arrived and there was no one in the store, the door was open and I went in and called someone for a few minutes, until a child appeared who I imagine was the daughter of the woman, who seemed to be the owner. After she came to "serve" me—because that didn't happen since she was on her cell phone for another 6 minutes, I'd venture to say. I went to send a DPD package and just because I rested the package envelope on some merchandise in the store (obviously it wasn't intentional), she was totally rude, saying that before being a DPD shipping point, it was a store. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it. That must be why the store is always empty.

I'm not giving them any stars. Arrogant. Overbearing. They refused to deliver my Christmas order. As far as I'm concerned, they should close their doors today and never reopen. As for me, you can be sure, NEVER AGAIN. And don't think you don't need me as a customer: I can take many customers away from your company just with the power of criticism. I don't recommend them at all. I don't even want to know what they do. The answer when I questioned them was even worse: we are prioritizing the delivery of OUR CUSTOMERS' orders!!! And I couldn't be a future customer?! In their small minds, 'NO'. Anyway, I will complain everywhere.
