Despite the multi-threaded nature of the project (dedicated modules, template modifications, etc.) and our numerous inquiries, they were almost always available. They responded quickly and precisely to questions and implemented each project step. Although it wasn't always easy, straightforward, or enjoyable, I believe they handled the task well. What's more, they did it at a competitive price. I also appreciate that the entire collaboration was transparent and structured from the outset.
