Vilaro

My experience with this company was very negative. During the contact process, I felt treated in a way that I perceived as discriminatory and unaccepting, considering the online store caters to LGBT people. I expected professional service, but instead, I was refused service without a clear, substantive justification. I hope the company will improve its service standards and approach to customers in the future, regardless of their identity. I believe this approach is unacceptable, and the company should seriously reconsider its service standards and respect for customers. I do not recommend it.

Our collaboration with Vilaro has been very positive. Both the communication and service are top-notch. Special thanks to Ms. Katarzyna, who delivers satisfactory results and efficiently implements any changes, comments, etc. I highly recommend them!

I'm very, very pleased with my collaboration with Vilaro. Their professional approach from the first sales meeting, through analysis, to daily service. My review covers every department I've dealt with during our collaboration, and I think I've dealt with every one by now. I highly recommend them!
