Prokoder Studio Reklamy - Drukarnia

A reliable company, helpful graphic designers, and efficient installation. I recommend it!

A little over a year ago I spoke to a lady on the phone about covering windows in my apartment with foil. The lady was very knowledgeable, explained a lot, invited me to the office. Unfortunately, I returned to the subject on September 18, I spoke to another lady supposedly responsible for it. After the initial conversation, I sent a text message for a preliminary quote, the installer was supposed to come the following week to take measurements. To this day (after several attempts to contact) there has been no feedback by email, the installer has not contacted me either. Today I found out that the service will not be carried out because the company does not have time and certainly no one will come to me... you should not treat a customer this way.

This isn't new on the market. When they see a smaller order with a low profit, communication stops. No response to emails. But that's probably standard these days. Maybe it's best to ignore smaller orders and let them know upfront that you don't want to process them? I think the problem affected a larger group of customers with small orders who didn't want to devote their valuable time to leaving a review for a company that's not even worth the effort of a one-star rating. I definitely don't recommend and advise against contacting Prokoder.
