zu.agency

I've worked with zu.agency and Igor on several web and branding projects. What's great is that they deliver amazing web design in a reasonable amount of time... and they work with Webflow. After poor experiences with creative agencies and freelancers, finding a team that simply does their job well and meets deadlines is a huge plus. I recommend them without hesitation.

I strongly advise against working with ZU Agency. We had a tragic experience with them. We undertook strategic, marketing, and branding activities, including website development, and after about a month, we ended our relationship. I was convinced to work with them with the promise of marketing services (as a marketing director), which they didn't offer. The result? Total organizational chaos, lack of project oversight, and duplication of work. This is how it was bound to end when someone does something they don't know how to do. I tried to explain the situation, but Igor Subocz was arrogant. I asked for an explanation of my concerns about the work, but I still haven't received one. I terminated the contract. The collaboration ended in a scandalous way – actions related to project settlement that were inconsistent with the contract, a lack of response to reported issues, and Igor's nonchalant attitude. Furthermore, it was revealed that one of the employees had been revealing secrets about our collaboration, which was also ignored. I had to engage a law firm, and we are now facing an unpleasant legal process. If you value your time, I strongly advise against it. There are many professional agencies on the market that can actually deliver what they promise.

Working with zu.agency is always top-notch. They've been designing marketing materials and websites for us for years, always on time and at a reasonable price. Igor, the boss, is a really cool guy. He's always willing to give advice and find creative ways to advertise. I also had the pleasure of visiting zu.agency at their office. It's a cozy space with an interesting interior design in an old tenement house in the center of Wrzeszcz. They always offer coffee and are very welcoming. I highly recommend working with zu.agency.
