Working with Kristie is always the best experience! She takes my ideas and makes them so much better than I could even imagine!! Thank you!!
K2 Creative is our companies "Go To" for print, design and promotional products. Their commitment to customer service is like none-other and the quality is top notch. Their pricing and turnaround time is also very competitive. Total 5 star work!
Kristie from K2 Creative purchased 32 customized weighted blankets from Baloo Living for a client in November, 2023, and never paid her invoice. She expressed satisfaction with the transaction throughout, but then went completely radio silent after the order shipped - never responding to numerous polite calls, emails, or letters requesting payment. We are a small business who trusted what we thought was a reputable industry partner to work with us professionally and with integrity. We would have worked with her on a payment plan if needed. However we were sadly disappointed in the complete lack of communication or care for another small business. At this point do not expect to ever receive payment for $2700 worth of product. The matter has now been sent to collections and shared with credit agencies. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to other suppliers or clients.
