EDITING DOWN TO 1 STAR BASED ON THE BUSINESS'S RESPONSE. I agree, I didn't follow through with their process and was not a client. But their process is to give a vague bit of information with no information on their website about what they're going to pitch AND they want $ before you hear the entire pitch. That's like PAYING to sit through a time-share presentation. If this is how they start, I can't imagine what the next steps would be like. They may be better at the things they actually list on their website, but based on my first, second, third and now fourth impression, I would not even listen to anything more about their services - unless, perhaps they want to PAY ME to listen. -- Gets two stars because a "general manager" did reach out to say that he agrees the experience I had wasn't what they want, and that the people calling me were "just kids" not knowing any better - so that's some honesty at least . 1 person calls to ask if interested in seeing some local scan results , then second person tries but also wanted $ without even explaining what they do, it was to "reserve" the areas in which they ran the scan. When asked for more, they replied, "Just to reiterate my job is not to sell you our application, it is simply a 5 minute phone call to go through the scan results with you and then see if you have interest in scheduling a product demonstration with one of our SSG Specialists. You're welcome to call me if you would like to get the results and go through that but respectfully this is not applicable to me and my job here at our company." They said the scan showed them a lot of people interested in our service in 2 specific cities. The numbers they gave didn't even make sense when you factor in population, number of households, renters, and demand statistics for flooring (everyone will eat this week, but far fewer people are shopping for flooring this month) So still, no idea what they actually do with respect to this "scan" and the subsequen
