Mike and his team have always been willing to discuss which options are available, even when I’m not initially able to wrap my mind around them. I've never felt like I was not listened to. These folks work really hard, they're really smart, they're relentlessly ethical, and they're both kind and direct. Sometimes directness seems harsh, but it's from a place of tough love, hard truths and important direction. These folks want their clients to succeed, overcome their problems, and do great things. Smirk might sound like a cheeky brand, but they treat their business, your dollars, and their responsibilities with utmost seriousness and care. I hated competing against them - because they know how to win - but I'm grateful to be in a market with them. They make all of us better, and they'll make you better, too.
