When Sync brought the concept of the Telhio Challenge to us, it was just what we had been looking for. Sync’s ability to increase the awareness of Credit Unions and their vested interest in the communities has been vital to our success over the past two years. Sync has been an integral part of realigning our business strategy. An enthusiastic and energetic team who is much more than a branding and creative firm, Sync is a partner who takes the time to understand the mindset of our members and how they are impacted by our decisions.

Initially, we approached Sync Creative with the sole idea of updating and refreshing our web presence. During our planning, however, their questions led us to consider additional ways to present our story as we were also entering a new market segment. As a result, we have been able to generate a deeper and more fully integrated presence across several platforms - website, videos, and trade show. Frankly, though, the most beneficial and impressive aspect of working with Sync has been their depth and knowledge of our business. Our market segments are complex, and their ability to grasp this allowed them to creatively develop a presence for us across multiple platforms. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and their knowledge of our business will allow us to easily partner with them going forward.
