You have started restricting peoples reviews on Google maps and promoting in this was bad bussinesses/restaurants ? Obviously a restaurants will flag a low review as they don’t want to go out of bussiness the job of Google maps it ti allow all fair experiences sharing to improve me community. But you are not doing that, you are restricting people. Don’t forget that we reviewers “work for free” for you and the community. You should feel ashamed for your actions.
December 10th me and my bf booked a trip to Kristiansand in Norway, the cabins wasn't clean on time, the biggest problem was on the way back to the Netherlands, we had 5 hours delay, we had only a coffee as an excuses! When we arrived at Eemshaven there was no trains! there was a public transportation striking December 15th, unfortunately no one from the front office informed us about that and there were no announcements about that on the ship!!!, we were completely lost, at Eemshaven is only one public transportation available! Really unprofessional leave your guests in the middle of nowhere with no transportation! Luckily we found a taxi, we paid 40 euros to go to Groningen!
Nicely decorated small office, loved the visit!
