Tonic Lab Recruitment

Tonic Lab has been great to work with, connecting us to marketing and design freelancers to help us to get things done without having to hire people internally. They're professional, have great communication and have pre-qualified their freelancers so you know that you're only going to work with quality people. Would definitely recommend working with Tonic Lab if you're looking for marketing or design freelancers.

Tonic Lab had extensive knowledge and provided great service in all areas of the recruitment process for myself as an events manager, which made me feel comfortable and confident in what can often be a stressful situation. The level of transparency and communication they provided meant that I was always aware of what was going on and I genuinely felt like a priority throughout, with a great balance between high professional standards and friendliness. I’m really glad I was able to work with Tonic Lab and would 100% recommend them.

Tonic Lab were great to work with, they were really thorough and I always felt like they were willing to go above and beyond for me. They did a good job of understanding my technical skills and how they would best fit into a new role, and I felt like they genuinely had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process. They were also helpful with the contract side of things to make sure I got the best outcome. The role is going really well and I already have and will continue to recommend Tonic Lab to others in the future
