I was approached to see if I could make time to discuss the possibilities, and they were working on a pilot project that might be interesting for my small business. They didn't show up three times! I find it absolutely outrageous. Each time, they had an excuse as to why they couldn't come. At the last appointment, they guaranteed me someone would come. And you guessed it, no one showed up again. No cancellations or apologies. I'm completely fed up with this and will never do business with this company again!

Annoying telemarketing. They don't ask if the call is convenient, and the employee who calls clearly hasn't done any research on the company she's contacting (she's only interested in finding customers). We supposedly are difficult to find on Google (even though we're at the top). When asked what search term she used, she couldn't get past our company name, after which the call ended nervously. A waste of time.

The account manager who just called me could not tell me, even after polite insistence, how my (personal) number ended up on the call list. I was told to contact headquarters for this. Apparently, it was an annoying question, because they hung up with the following sentence: "I wish you the day you deserve." A strange tone for someone who cold-calls me unsolicited based on incorrect data and cannot tell me where that data comes from...
