Got my laptop and phone both repaired by Mitchell. Fantastic service definitely the best repair shop in the Randstad by a mile. Highly recommended

Initially I had a really good experience with Fixers Leiden, however after repair some issues presented with my phone's display which were not caused by me, and Fixers was not willing to claim responsibility for. Terrible warranty service.

My phone died a week ago, so I brought it to check what could be done. It was a Saturday morning. The guy plugs the phone to some diagnostics and he says "it's the battery". I say "how do you know it's not a hardware issue?". I asked because after 6 years I sensed it could have been more than battery malfunction. He says "no the hardware is OK". We move to the computer and he sees that they have no battery for my model, he says "get it yourself, bring it and we'll put it on for 50Euro. I recommend you get an original one if you plan to hold on to the phone some more". Thursday the batter arrives at home and I bring it to the shop in the afternoon. Another employee says "ok, we'll replace it for you". This morning I get there and there is a third person saying "yes, I just replaced it but it's not a battery issue, the phone is just dead". I say "you guys told me it was not a hardware issue, that's the only reason why I decided to spend money on a new original battery". I would have directly bought a new phone (after 6 years) if I knew it was a hardware issue. He then goes on arguing that he's there all Saturdays and he didn't remember me, that he would never suggest a customer to buy a battery somewhere else etc etc. I go "you told me...." he immediately interrupts me "I didn't tell you anything", then I go "I mean YOUR firm told me to...". Then he asks me to pay the 50E at which point I go "i'm not gonna pay 50E for a repair that doesn't work, you already costed me the price of the new battery". He says "then 39,9 which is the cost of the investigation anyway''. I reply "wow, 10E discount?", he goes "then pay the full 50E!", at which point I say "do you think I have an issue with 39 or 50? Make it 50 then, I don't care just let me pay and go". Eventually he charged 39.9 without any further accountability for the mistake they did and the money they costed me. Think 4 times before going to this place, they just want to make money off you, no customer focus nor profess
