THEY STOLE ME !!!! The worst client service ever !!!! I buy a washing machine for 507e I pay to choose when the delivery will come I ask a dah off to my boss to stay AT home to make sure that I will be there. I let the door of the building open for the delivery guy The delivery come note even in the time where I pay for, and he dont even ring to the Doorbell !!!!!!! What is this ??? Like you buy a very expensive thing and the deliver don't even make the effort to ring at the door bell !!!!!!! I have to wash my clothes for work !!!!!!! "We will come back Monday" but Monday I am at work!!!!! Like we are in 2025 and I can't even recieved a Washing machine because a man don't know that door bell exist. And I PAID FOR CHOOSING THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY !!!!!!!! YOU STOLE ME !!! I WANT MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!

A huge two-storey building, in which you can really find everything, except an employee to serve you!! Not good service and most importantly a very expensive store. I would not prefer it again.

I've been putting off writing this for a long time, but I can't be afraid or ashamed that no one will believe me. I was probably mistaken for a thief, but instead of discussing why I was taking so long to buy, the security guard opened my cabinet and poured something into my mineral water. It tasted disgusting, and he laughed at me. It was December 14th at 1 p.m. Is that acceptable behavior? Was he trying to scare me away?
