Julie Ruark is the epitome of patience, skill, and knowledge when it came to supporting me through some tech set up! Technology is definitely not my wheelhouse, in fact, I openly avoid it, but she has made moving forward with my tech necessities for my business so doable, easy, and enjoyable! She held my hand and anything she was unsure of, she figured out or researched for us! I can’t recommend Julie enough for your own business or your personal tech. needs! She will make you feel like anything is possible, and she’ll be right there with you to accomplish the goal! Thank you, Julie!

Julie is a great, super-effective marketer. I am a therapist and before Julie started to market me there was very little interest in my practice. Very few people inquired about seeing me and the practice was very small. One day, while we were having coffee at a bookstore, on a lark, I asked Julie if she would market me. I had no idea how helpful that would be. Julie went through several steps with me, establishing a google business profile and creating a website to link with it. A month later I my practice was full. I don't keep a waiting list because I have so many calls and my openings are so few and so rare that I can't begin to respond to them. When I get an opening, within a week several people have called, wanting to fill it. There's no question that all of this happened as a direct result of the marketing that Julie did for me. She's great - she really knows what she's doing.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our new website! Julie and her team at 5bcreative made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Julie was incredibly patient with us, taking the time to truly understand our needs and wants, even when we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted ourselves. She brought our vision to life in a way that feels both professional and true to who we are. Every detail was handled with care, and Julie was always there to answer questions and offer guidance. The end result is a website we’re incredibly proud of. Huge thanks to Julie and her amazing team at 5bcreative – we couldn’t recommend them more!
