Terrible. They charged me over 80 for something that didn't work, and to this day I haven't been able to use the website. The features it should have weren't enabled, and if I wanted them enabled, they wanted to charge me even more. Be careful with your word; put everything in writing in great detail because your word means nothing to you. That's how you try to avoid responsibility, at least with the people I had to deal with, Pimentel and Christian. They were awful. I don't know if there are any other staff members there. I'm really upset. To this day, I haven't found anyone to save the website. I've visited several website builders, and they all tell me the same thing: that the code they used is obsolete and that they did it in bad faith so we would depend on them. They created the website so we would be dependent on them; we couldn't change anything without contacting them because only they could make changes. They charged me to create a website, and I didn't get anything functional. I want to add advertising, and they tell me it doesn't meet the specifications and requirements that Google and Facebook evaluate before considering it. Now I have to spend extra money on advertising to get another functional website, and the money they charged me just went down the drain. Now I understand why they were so insistent on me paying quickly when there was still no progress. It's really bad; you invest to grow, and you're just looking for ways to screw people over. It's really bad.
