I really rarely write negative reviews, but here something is wooowww... I asked for a price for a custom flag print by email, they started talking about not having a vector file. Then I called and asked if you could make the vector file you need yourself, or how I could extract it through Photoshop, what format do you provide, they couldn't really name it :D Very inadequate assessment of the situation, inflexible interlocutor and it seems the only thing he knows is "Please provide a vector file" :DDD, and I only asked for a calculated total price with all possible works. Not really nice experience and communication. The terms on the website are one thing, but in communication they are different. There are info, that they take orders from 1 vnt A4, but the man said me that the minimum order is 50 euro. When I asked how many copies of stickers I get, he said “I don’t know, maybe 3 or 4, depends on how many will be defective.”🤯 And in the end, when I wrote the answer that how it could be that I don’t know how much copies I get he answered “Nebūtina komentuoti, jei Jums netinkamos sąlygos”(c)
