The worst impressions of the excursion to Tartu. A small bus, four adults had to sit in the back seat the whole way - it could go all the way to Riga, no further. The guide and her granddaughter had a lot of choice and they changed four free seats at the front of the bus the whole way. Both there and back we were delayed for about an hour driving through Riga to pick up the guide's granddaughter and drop her off. We arrived in Jelgava late when there are no buses, there are no taxis at the bus station and if there is no one coming to meet you, then you have to walk through the whole of Jelgava. The attitude towards customers is that you have paid - sit down, go and take what is given to you. There are no rights and the impression is that the excursion is not for our wishes and convenience, but for us for the excursion. In general, this company is for the poor, without rights, because a self-respecting person with a very low situation will definitely not choose their services. I recommend specifying everything before the excursion - a specific location, a specific return time, etc., so that instead of joy, you don't end up disappointed.

We took our class on a field trip to Trakai, Lithuania. The children were unhappy. The minibus was small and uncomfortable, and the guide (Pavel) spoke in a boring, monotone voice. And the so-called Sodyba Trakai hotel was a complete nightmare. The closet door in the room was broken and just leaning against it, the shelf in the nightstand was also broken, and the electrical outlet was burnt out and falling out. It's absolutely horrifying. How can they accommodate minors in such rooms? There's a video of this disgrace. And yet they charged €48 a night for such a disgusting room. I wouldn't recommend anyone take a tour with this company.
