EAP has been fantastic since I started using them. I worked with them for 4 years and the customer service has always been outstanding! The platform they have created for the website is second to none it terms of usability. It works kind of like your phone with apps to allow you to fully customize it to how you want it. They are always improving it and finding new ways to help you in your business. I recently closed my account for some other reasons but I would recommend them to any of my fellow agents.
This is my second time as an EAP customer. I love what EAP offers and the support is fantastic! Scheduling a call is easy. Do yourself a favor and request a demo so you can see what they can do for you.
Great company to work with. My site always works and if I have a question they are there to answer. I am not sure how big of a company they are but I feel like a valued client and as if they truly care that my business needs are met and that I succeed.
