Except for the beginning, I left everything to the outsourcer. The outsourcer is pretty careless. During our important bi-monthly meeting, the dog next to us keeps barking. Can't we at least go to a cafe or something? They haven't even looked at our store page, so I have to explain everything from scratch, and they're only teaching me things that anyone can understand. At this level, I think it would be better to ask a Rakuten e-commerce consultant.
We've been receiving consulting services from you for two years now, and you've truly done an excellent job. Not only have you suggested discounts to increase sales, but you've also taken into consideration our desire to avoid damaging our brand, and your suggestions have all yielded tangible results.
