Most of the employees can't even greet people properly. They're unfriendly. There are a few perfect ones occasionally, but they're a very small minority. If you're working in society, shouldn't you at least be able to greet people properly? It's honestly embarrassing to watch.
As others have written, it seems like they have a policy of not greeting people. Also, young people in their 20s are unfriendly. Even if people from the same company greet each other, once they step outside, they don't greet employees from other companies.
