Terrible company. They offer you packages, make you choose the most expensive one (€3,300.00 excluding VAT), and after more than 5 months, no results, no calls, and no quote requests. You try to understand, and they tell you the package isn't enough. You ask questions, and no one answers... they don't care about their customers, especially new ones. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Terrible agency. They propose projects and estimates, which unfortunately they don't honor! Once they take the money... poof! They disappear. The owner, a skilled saleswoman, becomes unavailable and extremely busy when there's a problem, delegating the responses to phantom collaborators who continually claim to be uninvolved in the situations and incapable of acting. Be careful!!!

I highly recommend them. From the first meeting, they were kind and helpful, ready to resolve any issues. Even with some difficulties, they always found the ideal solution for my needs and the demands of my business. Chiara (graphic and web designer) in particular was perfect in creating the ideal homepage and a website that reflected my vision of a welcoming and organized website. Trust them. You won't regret it.
