Excellent reviews...nothing to say, they're even wondering how to "politely tell you to go fuck yourself" because the manager was away. Oops..."sorry, I didn't realize the phone was open." Congratulations and "ad maiora" ;) P.S. I don't think the attitude is unfamiliar, and I also think I'm capable of understanding when people are talking to me. Your colleague didn't deny it, he said he didn't think the phone was "open." The need for clarification should be yours, not mine. I contacted you for a quote, not to receive gratuitous insults for no reason. Have a good day
The only provider I've encountered in the last 15 years who: - didn't call the client back after the initial introductory call, after which I had to send several reminders; - declined a possible collaboration without giving a reason, even before sending a quote, but after several weeks of waiting. In short, the only consequence of contacting ADD DESIGN is wasting time. Avoid
Best Design Agency in Catania, imho ;)
