I work with Outlier on a regular basis for my job and can not recommend their services enough. We have used a variety of their services from web design, graphic design and PPC, and always find that they go above and beyond expectations. From concept to delivery, the communication during the process was excellent and we have always been thrilled with the results. Will happily continue to work with Outlier going forward.
We have worked with Alan for almost a year and after initially redesigning our website, he and the Outlier team have assisted us in our marketing campaigns. We are delighted with our new look website and branding, and we have experienced an increased level of traffic and enquires from our web presence. Our Google ranking has also vastly improved. Outlier are quick to respond and has been excellent at representing our firm in negotiations with different media outlets and suppliers, ensuring we receive discounts on list prices and the best quality service. Outlier have also helped us by fixing historic issues using new technologies and have vastly improved our market presence.
Outlier reviewed our original website and made several recommendations that they thought we should implement. We decided to get Outlier to redesign our website which proved a very easy transition. As we are a company based in Toronto, Canada, we weren’t sure if the time difference and the lack of face time would prove difficult. I’m happy to say that Alan and his team were available for conference calls and online presentations whenever it suited us.
