We are launching a new brand and had a consultation with James. James looked at our brand vs others in the space, gave us insights into tools, subscription models, reviewed paid ads as well as some guidance on content. Guidance on pricing and pack sizes and potential offers were included in the consultation and I feel we are in a better position to get up and running/ know where our focus should be!
