**Absolutely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend, Please Stay away** I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this PR service was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and completely failed to deliver on any of its promises. First, communication was abysmal. My emails and calls went unanswered for days, and when I finally did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. Second, the results were non-existent. Despite their lofty claims, I saw zero media coverage, no increase in brand awareness, and absolutely no ROI. The press release they drafted was riddled with errors and clearly rushed. Lastly, the attitude of the staff was dismissive and unaccountable. When I raised my concerns, they offered no solutions instead teaching me how google algo work. Overall, I wasted both my time and money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this PR service to look elsewhere. There are far better agencies out there who are actually invested in their clients’ success.

I recently worked with SRV Media and had a disappointing experience with their billing and GST process. The company cleared only the base invoice amount and refused to pay the GST portion, while still expecting the vendor to handle GST filings on their behalf. This created unnecessary delays, confusion, and extra compliance burden on my side. When questioned, the responses were unclear and unprofessional. As a business that follows strict GST rules, I found this behaviour frustrating and far from transparent. My experience with their payment and communication process was not smooth, and I hope they improve their internal policies and take vendor compliance seriously.
