O3M Directional Marketing

I had a very poor experience. They did not understand my brief, my product or my competitors. I repeatedly tried to connect with them however they did not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. 30 days into the program they asked me what I wanted to do with my ad campaigns, despite my having sent them my objective on WhatsApp and email. They kept making the same mistakes I kept telling them not to. they did the exact same thing I asked them not to. To help you understand how terrible they were, imagine you sell air conditioners and they run campaigns for stove pots.

I'm extremely happy with the support and guidance provided by my marketing manager. She played a key role in boosting our sales and helped structure effective campaigns that delivered great results. Her strategic planning, attention to detail, and proactive approach have truly made a difference in the growth of my business. Highly professional, always responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
