We definitely made the right decision to go with the Ocean Agency for our new website as they did an amazing job creating exactly what we wanted and needed. The account manager stayed on top of the project and got back to us almost immediately on any email or question that was sent while the developers were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We are very happy with the final result and would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their website.

Extremely disappointing communication and abrupt campaign shutdown Our company was connected to Logical Media Group through an outside vendor relationship, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Without any prior notice, all of our active Google Ads campaigns were suddenly paused, leaving us with several days of zero lead flow. This had a direct impact on our business, and the lack of communication around such a major action was surprising. In addition, when we requested basic clarification regarding their Q3 report, we waited roughly a week before receiving a response. Between the unexpected shutdown of our campaigns and the delayed communication, we did not feel we received the level of professionalism or reliability our business requires. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.

After a couple hours of presentation, over the phone, on how they were going to start a ecommerce business for me I asked to be given a little bit of time to do some research. They were asking for a 5K investment to get me started with. After a couple of hours of presentation only I think its a bit reckless to just cough up 5K and say ok without doing a bit more research. Ms. White is who I was taking with and she would not allow me to get off the phone and do some research before making the investment. This was a huge red flag for me. I own a couple of other successful businesses and never just "take someone's word" for if a business is going to work or not, I do some research first. The fact that they would not "hold my spot" so to speak tells me that they really are not interested in weather or not my business is successful or not. Long story short I wouldn't entertain being any kind of partner with this company as they seem to be very pushy and grab the money before anything else kind of company.
