I launched a home cleaning business in 2025 and worked with Bear Fox to run a Meta ads campaign. The cost structure was a monthly service fee, plus a small percentage of whatever I set as the Meta "ad spend". As a small business owner, you find out quickly there are a TON of people out there offering websites, SEO, marketing, etc. Some of those people charge less and there's a good reason - they don't care about you. You are a number in their system. I've learned the hard way. They did everything for us: created ad copy (words) and creative (visuals), built the ads in the Meta Business Suite, and set the demographics. I met with my account manager (hey Cierra!) on a regular basis to discuss performance and pivots (if needed) with insights from their Paid Ad Manager. They are a really special team. If you care about professionalism and relationships, you can't go wrong.

I’m super happy working with Bear Fox Marketing. Hands down, it’s easily one of the best business decisions I’ve made. You come into things thinking you can do it all, but the reality is, you just can’t. What I’ve appreciated the most is how well they have stepped into my super niche space and not only understood it, but gone above and beyond to make sure my voice and brand are represented perfectly through ads.
