May 21, 2016. Myrafälle-Steinwaldklamm one-day tour: A great experience, professional organization! I recommend it to everyone who likes challenges! Eleven of us took part in the tour, we all enjoyed it very much, because the tour route led through beautiful landscapes and the high mountain climbing was particularly exciting in several places. The tour guide is extremely knowledgeable, his up-to-date knowledge (also in foreign languages), his clear, understandable speech makes his presentation enjoyable. I would especially highlight his patient, calm attitude, with which he was able to handle the behavior of a stammering passenger so intelligently that, apart from a few people involved, others did not even notice that there was a problem! The drivers were also very kind. Thank you, Sas Travel, for this unforgettable experience!

We were in Nei-Pori, we had a great time. Thanks to the two drivers, Zoli and Viktor, who got us there and back safely. Thanks to the tour guide Noémi Gáspárpár. The accommodation was clean and tidy. We give it five stars.

Everything was great, I really liked all 3 of them. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is that I still don't understand the problem and the style of communication of one of the bus drivers because I didn't get an explanation for it, when I replied in the same style as I got then he ran away because he was a "man".🤷‍♀️ And today they called me to withdraw my opinion or they will report me!!!🤭 I think we live in a free country, with free opinions! I would also like to draw the attention of the kind lady in charge to that, by the way, I note that she explained in a completely normal tone what the problem was, so I apologized and thank you for getting an answer to my question, that it is not necessary to respond to these opinions, I also had a company and they wrote opinions for me on Google. If they had told me at the beginning of the trip that no one could be on the bus, even if they were sleeping, I would have done so. I'm sorry if I made a mistake, but the way it was communicated is beyond criticism and I won't apologize for that! Let's just say that we both made a mistake, we just need to get our face back and communication would be very important!!! I can't just react like that, since it's about the bus driver of their company, so he belongs to the company. It's not what he said that's wrong, but how he said it and how he managed to communicate it on the way home, and obviously it wasn't nice that he called my mother after that, threatening her! But I would also like to point out that the smell of alcohol emanated from your tour guide several times, so I could have threatened him with all kinds of lawsuits! Incidentally, it didn't bother me that he drank while working, but I'm sure the occupational health and safety department would praise the company for that too! I think we'll close this topic with this because there are more problems to be raised in your company than the fact that I ran to the bathroom from the children who sleep from 5 pm to 11 pm and I also h
