eMinded introduced us to the world of LinkedIn Ads and supported us very reliably during the first four months. Our experience in numbers: Agreed goal: Improve ROAS in the Google Ads account eMinded's performance: Month 1: ROAS deteriorates by 64% Month 2: ROAS deteriorates by 66% Month 3: ROAS deteriorates by 33% Month 4: ROAS deteriorates by 28% Month 5: ROAS deteriorates by 12% Month 6: ROAS deteriorates by 40% eMinded's self-image regarding this "performance": "We generally do not provide performance guarantees." "I don't see a mistake here, but rather an account that is... clearly developing in the right direction." After a 6-month minimum contract and thousands of euros in minimum fees paid to eMinded, regardless of performance, the Ads account is now in a worse position than before we hired them. Update: eMinded is very aggressive in having negative reviews removed from Google. Their expertise in this area seems to be greater than in the agency business.

Absolutely professional from start to finish! We requested an SEA audit from eMinded, and I have to say, from the initial kickoff to the presentation of the results, everything went extremely professionally and smoothly. The team immediately understood our business model and our requirements – they simply listened attentively, which is something I've unfortunately experienced differently with other agencies...
