Adstronauts GmbH

The collaboration was extremely unsatisfactory and, in some aspects, even disastrous. Agreed-upon deadlines were repeatedly missed. For several months, no significant increases in sales figures could be observed. There were no improvements whatsoever – neither in the conversion rate nor in ROAS. We were assured that communication in English would be straightforward. In reality, however, our English-speaking colleagues experienced considerable communication difficulties with the agency's staff. After we terminated the contract due to the lack of performance, Adstronauts ultimately filed a lawsuit against us. Under these circumstances, further collaboration is simply untenable.

We collaborate with Adstronauts on performance marketing as part of a complete package (ad creation & meta media buying) and are very satisfied. The collaboration is professional, transparent, and clearly goal-oriented. The UGC videos are professionally edited, and feedback is implemented quickly. Communication via Slack is fast and seamless. Highly recommended!

A genuine interest in moving our company forward! What makes this collaboration so special is the extremely personalized support. You immediately notice that they're not just following a standard procedure, but that there's a genuine interest in truly advancing our company. We regularly receive valuable creative input for our ads that goes far beyond typical campaign management. Communication is direct, honest, and proactive. If you're looking for a partner who thinks like an entrepreneur and shows real passion for their clients' growth, you've come to the right place.
