Our review is based on our experience with this company. In our opinion, the services provided did not meet our expectations, either in terms of quality or quantity. Several errors were only corrected after repeated notifications and with considerable delay. These included a simple typo on the homepage. After the changes were made, we found the website navigation confusing, illogical, and partially incorrect. Furthermore, content and graphics were published that had neither been coordinated with us nor approved by us beforehand, even though they had a direct impact on our website. Some of the SEO texts described products that we do not carry. In our view, these texts were therefore not a good fit for our offerings. Due to these issues, we had to invest a significant amount of time reviewing the services, requesting corrections, and ensuring their implementation. At the same time, we considered the contractual costs to be high. Unfortunately, we could not identify any discernible added economic value or improvement compared to the previous year. Overall, the collaboration did not meet our expectations, and we felt compelled to terminate the contract prematurely.
