Disappointing Vendor Experience – Falcons Watch Party (11/2/25) As an employee of Top It OFF Funnel Cakes, I want to share how disappointing the Falcons Watch Party event in Macon was for our team. Before confirming the booking, we were told that Top It OFF Funnel Cakes would be the only funnel cake vendor present. However, when we arrived after traveling 1.5 hours, there was another vendor selling the exact same products. Our team prepared for a great turnout, bringing over $550 in inventory and setting up professionally, but we made under $100 in sales due to the duplication. When the issue was raised, it wasn’t properly addressed, which left us feeling overlooked and frustrated. As a small business team, we take pride in showing up prepared, professional, and ready to serve. It’s discouraging when poor vendor coordination and lack of communication negatively impact everyone involved. Events like this should prioritize fairness and transparency for all vendors.

Stephanie and her team at Yalla were an absolute pleasure to work with for our event! It was turnkey from our first planning meeting to execution on the day of. Communication throughout the process was top notch. They thought through every detail and the day was flawless. We highly recommend Yalla and one of the best events we've had by far.
