Franck and Fred, spare parts professionals, know their stuff. They provide relevant advice and reliable information on orders. ALLIANS ARTISAN, a company specializing in heating after-sales service, thanks you for your service.
Way too expensive. The price doubled for an oil boiler nozzle (30 euros). It's a good thing I needed it urgently. First and last time I'll ever go there.
As a private customer, I'm looking for a pilot light injector in the middle of August for a water heater problem. Whereas competitors were telling me they only had ten units available and only on order, PPC supplied me with a single unit directly! And since then, my water heater has been working! Having no connection with them, I can truly award them the prize for efficiency.
