Excellent price, quality, and service! I've found my perfect burner and it's fantastic!
The website pièces-chauffe-eau.com, belonging to the same group, appears to be using deceptive business practices by advertising delivery within 24/48 hours, while in reality, the delivery time indicated in the purchase confirmation email is 72 business hours. This type of practice is likely to constitute a breach of trust against the consumer. It is recommended to report these incidents on the SignalConso.gouv platform to alert the Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF). Such an action could help prevent similar behavior in the future and ensure greater transparency in business practices.
