Excellent welcome and very good advice!
A team of highly competent professionals and excellent customer service. I shop at Discotherm with complete confidence. Thank you!
For many years, I have never been disappointed, but I admit that this time, the welcome having changed somewhat, I was not totally satisfied with the service I received. I dare to hope that it is exceptional. Between a somewhat cold welcome, an order error that was not my fault, not wanting to give me a credit, not letting me know that the part had arrived, even though I was asked not to call to find out if this was the case. Not letting me know either of a sales day organized on the day of the part collection, even though I have to park in the parking lot which, as a result, is crowded and with no space available on the street, I admit that it is a bit much. I still received an apology when I left the establishment...
