We had a great experience with Point Taken. From the first time I talked with Michelle, she was able to know exactly what we wanted even though at times I had a hard time explaining. She always responded quickly and met with us as we needed. She never tried to rush a meeting or a phone call. We are so happy with the outcome and we are going in the right direction!
