Connection is garbage. Internet goes out multiple times a day every day. Had multiple modems and upgrades and new lines and nothing has fixed the issue. 0/10 would not recommend.
Worse customer service slow and no business etiquette. I have been trying to return product since I terminated contract I went 3 times to this location 2 times with appointment and Ruth R will not take product therefore if you want your product come and pick it up Ok
I suggested 3 years ago that they put a sign up in the store window that says “Return Equipment at the UPS store across street.” A simple sign would alleviate an hour long wait in line just to be told that returns are not handled here. A simple sign, Guys, c’mon!!!! The wait times are ridiculous and the service is not warm and fuzzy, for sure! Apparently, no time to order or make a sign yet!!!
