Sorry but the driver today at 8.30 kongresskeskus on 7.7.2024. Supposed to come at 8.30 but the driver was chilling on the side until 8.31. Then he approached to the bus stop. Didn’t open the door. Didn’t change his bus number from 50 to 53… and drove away. Me and others were speechless. He is not focusing on these simple things how can he even drive a bus. How can we trust that this driver can take us home safely? Am I really in Finland or in some third world country??? What the hell is this

The customer service was truly 'excellent.' I went to the counter to take a queue number and told the staff member that I wanted to buy a travel card for my child. The staff member pointed to a sign like the one in the photo, told me to go to room 18 and wait (the service starts at 10:00, and I arrived at around 9:30). At 9:57, I saw the staff member open the door to room 18, so I went to ask about my request again. She then told me that I had to get a queue number, and wait for my turn (she came back to the counter and gave me the queue number A026). I waited for 30 minutes just to find out that I needed to take a number and wait, even though she could have told me to take a number right from the beginning and wait until 10:00. This was a very frustrating experience 😱😱😱

Bus drivers these days have increasingly poor service. This morning at 10:10 AM, bus number 2 was heading from the square towards Mylly shopping mall. I waited in front of the bus door for almost two minutes, knocking twice, but the driver wouldn't open the door and just drove off. It was really frustrating.
